Request for Use Policies
You, as the Contact person are responsible for all arrangements for set-up, equipment, and tech services for your event. If you have a committee planning your event, you are still the person who calls the Student Center staff with any information.
Student Center rooms are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
- Please fill out a Request for Use form for each room requested, unless your rooms all have the same set-up.
- Only after we have received your Request for Use form, filled out completely for each room, will your event be put on the schedule. If it is not filled out completely, your room(s) will be placed on Hold. Any room(s) placed on Hold will be released for others to schedule, one month prior to your event if your set-up arrangements are not finalized with Clay Allred.
- We will send you a confirmation when you are on the schedule.
- Changes to your tech/equipment request may be made up to 48 hours before your event. We reserve the right to charge you for any last minute changes.
- Please call Clay Allred (863-8869) at least 2 weeks before your scheduled event to verify your requested set-up. Call him at any time with questions.
- Cancellation of less than 48 hours notice for conference rooms will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
- Cancellation of less than 1 week notice for the Grande Ballroom will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
All policies will be strictly enforced.
