Utah Valley University does not provide health insurance for its students in its tuition costs and fees. However, UVU students are encouraged to consider having health insurance coverage while attending school. Students may contact the insurance company/agent of their choice to inquire about insurance products that would help protect him/her from catastrophic health costs while attending school.

The office of Student Health Services does not accept insurance payments and requires that associated medical /mental health charges be paid at time of service by cash or credit card. Students who are planning on using the campus clinic should inquire about associated charges at Student Health Services before receiving services.
