Telephone Services is responsible for all incoming calls to the University. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the operators answer calls on the switchboard in a fast, efficient, and courteous manner. Calls are then transferred to the appropriate individual or department.

Personnel

Office Manager: Tammy Taylor (Full Time)
Supervises Operators in the use of the switchboard and manages all Telephone Services office needs. Oversees production and printing of campus directory.

Head Operator: Elizabeth Hoffman (Part Time)
Monitors, schedules, and trains operators. Answers and transfers incoming calls to campus switchboard.

Operators: Michelle Laudie and Jessica Tripp (Student)
Answers and transfer incoming calls to campus switchboard.
