Students enrolled in the Theatrical Arts program at UVU undergo a course of study that combines both scholarly and practical approaches to theatre. Guided by award-winning faculty and staff, students gain knowledge and experience through hands-on production work and in-depth academic study in the areas of acting, directing, design, dramatic literature, playwriting, stage management, theatre management, theatre for young audiences and theatre education.

UVU Theatrical Arts students are involved in numerous productions as well as clubs and service groups including Black Box Repertory Company , Short Attention Span Theatre and the Theatrical Arts Guild (TAG) .
