Welcome theatre friends, fans, students, attendees and fringe theatre-ophiles!  The UVU Department of Theatrical Arts for Stage and Screen has room for you!  It is a great place to observe, learn, light, design, build, act, dance, sing, serve and grow.  We take great pride in our students, our productions and our academic achievements. With three degrees housed in our brand new Noorda Theatre and expanded facility, there is opportunity for anyone with the drive and persistence to accomplish their goals in the art of Theatre.

It is our dedicated mission to innovate and educate with gusto.  Our prize-winning, achievement-awarded and always creative theatre faculty and staff are constantly working to prepare and produce the best theatre graduates anywhere in the state.  At UVU all acting students can audition and play in mainstage roles the moment they're here.  We take every opportunity to involve student designers in all aspects of production and to help them take on complete designing roles as soon as they are able.
