Rick Moody
Assistant Professor

Rick Moody has a Ph.D. in Theater and Film from Brigham Young University and has been teaching theater, film, and speech classes since 1989. During that time, he has also delivered conference presentations and published academic articles on film as well as making several industrial films. In addition, Rick has appeared on network television doing movie reviews and worked as both a film and drama critic for various newspapers and magazines, winning the American College Theater Festival at the Regional level twice for Dramatic Criticism. He has taught at UVU since 1992 and is currently the Film Program Coordinator, teaching introductory and advanced film classes.
