Welcome to the Utah Fire and Rescue Academy’s Command Training Center program at Utah Valley University.
The CTC was created to provide fire service company officers and chief officers the skills necessary to successfully manage fire ground emergencies. In the future this mission will hopefully be expanded to include incident commanders from all emergency response disciplines including law enforcement and emergency medical services. Those who ultimately benefit the most from this training will be the emergency responders, who will know that those making strategic and tactical decisions during emergency events have been properly trained.
