Annual Scholarly and Creative Activities Showcase
This showcase is an annual event to showcase outstanding scholarly and creative activities done by Utah Valley University students and faculty through undergraduate research projects. The showcase includes oral presentations and a poster session given by students and faculty participants.

This year our second annual showcase was held on April 9, 2007. The event kicked-off in the Sorensen Student Center, Centre Stage at 9:00 a.m. with opening remarks from President William Sederburg and Academic Affairs Vice President Karl Worthington.  Following the opening remarks there were oral, poster, and performing arts presentations from both faculty and students.

Any student or faculty may participate in this event, for students they must have a faculty sponsor or mentor.  The Showcase is an excellent venue to present student capstone projects, in addition to undergraduate research projects.  Any faculty scholarly and creative activities completed or in progress are also welcome.  All abstracts will be listed in the Showcase program and on the Student Research Projects web site (link to student research projects).

The Program and Abstracts from the 2007 Showcase are available here: Second Annual Scholarly and Creative Activities Showcase Program 2007 (pdf).

The Program and Abstracts from the 2006 Showcase are available here: First Annual Scholarly and Creative Activities Showcase Program 2006 (pdf).
