AmeriCorps Program Enrollment Timeline

**This timeline is subject to change.**

Orientation Dates:

You must attend an online orientation between August 15, 2012 and September 30, 2012. View the online orientation dates that are available. Then, register for your specific orientation. You must register in order to participate in your orientation. Once you have completed your orientation, make sure to print off the confirmation sheet/quiz score sheet as you will be submitting that with your paperwork.

Enrollment Information:

Enrollment Packets will be available October 1 at 8:00am through October 5, 2012 at 5:00pm in LC 205. Bring your Driver License with you to verify your age. Applications will be available on a first come, first serve basis. So, plan ahead!

Please submit the following documents to enroll in the program:

  • Enrollment Packet (must pick up in LC 205 between Oct 1-Oct 5)
  • Qualifying Site Contract [only needed if your site is not a qualified site. List of qualified sites (pdf).]
  • Printed Results from Online Orientation

**All documents must be completed and submitted in order to be eligible for enrollment in the AmeriCorps Program.

Documents Turned In:

Once you have received your enrollment documents, you may submit them as soon as they are completed. This is recommended due to the high demand of the slots we have available this year. All documents and forms must be submitted by October 10, 2012 at 5:00pm in LC 205 in order to be eligible for the program. No enrollment materials will be accepted after this date.

Those who applied for the AmeriCorps Program will be notified of whether or not they were given a slot by October 17th, 2012.
