We are committed to simplifying and streamlining the process of creating, updating, and maintaining your departmental web site. In an effort to increase our quality of service and reduce the support timeline we have implemented some new support strategies.

Our support strategies are:

1. Training – Usually, support is a matter of individuals knowing where to go to fix the problem. We believe that with the right measure of training site managers will be knowledgeable enough to quickly resolve small support issues. This gives our support technicians the valuable time to devote to more complex support needs. Our training schedule, video tutorials, self-study, and a training resources search are available on our Training page.

2. Quick Tickets - Use our online support ticket creation form for the fastest issue resolution. When a new ticket is created we immediately receive notice and begin responding to the support issue.

3. Call-In Support – If you’re on the run or aren’t next to a computer, call us (801.863.7975), and we’ll enter the support ticket for you. As soon as that ticket is created it is assigned to the most capable support technician for your issue.
