Getting Started

We are accepting applications please check registration dates.

First you must complete an application (pdf). Make sure it is filled out correctly and all papers are signed. Applications must be turned in on the dates listed on our webpage according to your marital status.

If you have a child that will be under one year make sure that you fill out an About Your Infant form.

If you have more than one child please fill out the following for each additional child:

• Child’s Health Assessment
• About Me

If you have more than one child please fill out the following for each additional child:

• Additional Child Packet (pdf)

Please bring COPIES of the following required documents to the center.

First page of last year’s income taxes (the page that has your Adjusted Gross Income and number of dependents)

• Two months of income verification
• A copy of your DETAIL class schedule
• $10.00 Non-refundable deposit

If you attended the previous semester you are only required to:

• Fill Out a Returning Parent Packet (pdf)
• Fill out a new Schedule form
• Update any emergency contact information
• Bring in a copy of Detail class schedule.
• $10.00 Non-refundable deposit

After you have turned in your application we will notify you if you have been accepted to the program. At that time you will be given a date that you must come to the center and fill out additional paperwork, including providing copies of your child/children's immunization records Your first month’s tuition will also be due at that time.
