Stress Less Program

Stress Less is a 5 week one-on-one stress management program that will provide participants with resources that can help them survive the stresses that come with a busy life. This program will give easy-to-understand information that will help each participant find out where their stress is coming from and learn useful stress management techniques. Participants will also learn effective ways to help them change the way they think about their stress.

This program fee is $25 for the entire 5 weeks (financial waivers are available if needed). Each participant will meet with Wellness Coach weekly and each session take 1 hr. Each participant will be able to choose a time and day that works best for them on the registration form. A program description and resources are listed below.
