Stress Less Program

Stress Less is a 5 week one-on-one stress management program that will provide participants with resources to help them survive the stresses that come with a busy life. This program will give easy-to-understand information that will help each participant find out where their stress is coming from and learn useful stress management techniques. Participants will also learn effective ways to help them change the way they think about their stress.

Cost of program: $25 for the entire 5 weeks (financial waivers are available if needed).

Participants will meet with a wellness coach each week for one hour.

**The effects of stress can be serious, and you must consult a medical practitioner or mental health therapist if you have any concerns over stress-related illness or are experiencing persistent unhappiness.
