Never Diet Again - Weight Management is a 6 week one-on-one program for those who
want to lose weight, end emotional eating, reject the diet mentality, and incorporate
optimal nutrition principles and physical activity into their life. Throughout the
sessions we focus on learning how to stop obsessing about food and break the cycle
of yo-yo dieting so participants can lose and manage their weight LONG TERM.
The cost of the program is $35 for the entire 6 weeks (financial waivers are available if needed). Each session is 1 hr and participants will meet weekly with a Wellness Coach for 6
