Nutrition Strategies: 6 Week Program

 

This is a 6 week program that will focus on specific nutrition principles for optimal health. Each session will include nutritional assessments, counseling, and current and accredited nutritional education. This program will NOT assign a rigid meal plan or set of guidelines but will adapt each nutrition principle to the participants overall needs. In this program we will help individuals discuss and set realistic weekly goals so they can achieve a healthy lifestyle.

This program fee is $35 for the entire 6 weeks (financial waivers are available for those who may need them). Participants will meet with a Health & Wellness Coach weekly for approximately 60 minutes. Each participant can choose the time and day that works best for them on the registration form. A program description and resources are listed below. Complete the Nutrition Strategies Form (below) to register. After you register, we will contact you concerning your first appointment.
