Physical Fitness Program

 

The Physical Fitness Program is a 3 week program for those who want to learn more about the different types of exercise recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine. Participants will receive detailed information about the benefits and different types of aerobic exercises, strength training and flexibility. The program provides easy-to-understand information and many handouts for specific aerobic exercises, strength training exercises and flexibility exercises.

The program fee is $15 for the 3 weeks and covers the cost of the program and its materials(financial waivers are available for those who may need them). Each participant will meet one-on-one with a Health & Wellness Coach weekly for the duration of the program for approximately 60 minutes. The participant is able to choose a time and day that works best for them on the registration form. A program description is listed below.
