Making Sleep a Priority

One-Time Sleep Session

This program is designed to help you recognize how important sleep is, which will then allow you to get on the path to better sleep. During the session you will be able to take various assessments, learn about sleep disorders and also learn what you can do for better sleep. 

How long is this program?
The entire program is just one session. Participants will meet once with a Health & Wellness Coach. The session lasts 45-60 minutes. 

How much does this program cost?
This program is free. 

To register for One-Time Sleep Session click here. READ the following instructions before registering.

SLWC Members:
Log on using the registration link above.
Click SLWC Reservations.
Click on "Wellness Coaching" tab.
Choose Sleep - One Time Session.
Choose a date and time.
Click submit.
Click the Add to Cart that correlates with the time slot you want.
Click Checkout.

Non-SLWC Members:
Click on the registration link above, then click "Become a Guest."
Fill in needed information. Click Next, then Next, and Next a third time.
Click the home button on the upper left hand corner.
Click SLWC Reservations.
Click on "Wellness Coaching" tab.
Choose Sleep - One Time Session.
Choose a date and time.
Click submit.
Click the Add to Cart that correlates with the time slot you want.
Click Checkout.
