Health Screening and Nutritional Tip
Each month Wellness Programs provides a free health screening and nutritional tip for students and employees. Health Screenings include: blood pressure, body fat composition, glucose, flexibility, and upper body strength testing. The Nutrition tip will include a detailed handout that will give recommendations and helpful information that will compliment the health screening that is being facilitated.
All screenings are performed in the Hall of Flags behind privacy screens. A Wellness Coach will administer the screenings, interpret the results and answer any questions that the participants may have.
