Fitness Center Passes
Wellness Programs is offering additional fitness center passes. If you are interested in signing up for the American Fork, Lehi, or Pleasant Grove Fitness Center you can e-mail Amy Grubbs at grubbsam@uvu.edu or Rebecca Holgreen at rholgreen @uvu.edu by NOVEMBER 18th at 5:00 p.m. Please provide the following information in your e-mail:- Your name, department and extension
- The number of people in your family that you are interested in signing up (list spouse and any children over the age of 4 and list each child's age).
- The facility you'd like a pass for

Orem Fitness Center
We are not taking employees passes anymore for the 2009-2010 year (Deadline for new passes was Nov 9th). Orem Fitness Center has changed their policy from previous years and we will only be taking sign ups once a year instead of all year round.
