Walking for Wellness
Walking for Wellness is a program designed to help the participant incorporate physical activity into their lives. This program gives all of the tools needed to plan and track daily walking habits, while making physical activity a permanent part of the participants lifestyle.
How does it work?
Participants can sign up online below and put their desired time and day of the week to meet. Then a Wellness Coach will meet one-on-one with them and guide them through the program materials and help them set appropriate goals.
How much does the program cost?
The program is available to all UVU employees and students for a fee of $25.00.

- Take a break from work and walk the Wolverine Mile at noon, Monday through Thursday. Call 863-8127 if you are interested in joining our walking group.
