Challenge Purpose: To encourage physical activity and other healthy behaviors.
Challenge Goal: To travel 100 miles over the course of six weeks (February 7 - March 21) through physical activity and other healthy behaviors. Each week there will be one challenge that gives you an opportunity to earn bonus miles (see Walking Toward Wellness Description for more details).
• Weekly: If participants travel 15 or more miles each week their name will be entered into a drawing to win an iTunes gift card.
• Overall: If participants travel 100 miles or more over the course of the challenge their name will be entered into a drawing to win an iTunes, Jamba Juice, or Cinemark gift card.
• Prizes will also be rewarded to the first male and female to reach 100 miles and the male and female with the most miles traveled.
It is the responsibility of the participants to track their own miles. Every Thursday during the challenge an email will be sent to participants with a link to submit weekly miles and total miles. Miles are due every Friday by NOON!
