Introducing New Paths to the Bachelor Degree!

The hospitality industry is thriving in Utah, and great jobs are waiting for those with college degrees. Because we know that education is critical to advancing careers, the Woodbury School of Business is providing the perfect opportunity for obtaining that degree, regardless of where you live and what time constraints you may have.

Since flexibility is key to preparing for today’s world, our programs innovative approach combines elements of online, on campus, and hybrid teaching models. Now you have the opportunity to gain the training you lack, even as you continue your work and the pursuit of a career you’ve always envisioned.

We have developed a partnership with Salt Lake Community College UVU/SLCC Partnership Hospitality Advising Guide which allows students to complete their associates at SLCC, and continue with their bachelors online through Utah Valley University, without having to leave the Salt Lake area. In addition, our Wasatch campus, located in Heber City, www.uvu.edu/wasatch, serves students in the Heber/Park City areas, by offering a facilitated online program with in-person labs and live interaction for Hospitality Majors.

Utah Valley University (both Orem and Wasatch campuses), and Salt Lake Community College provides lab space called OpenClassroom, a vital component of the Hospitality Management online delivery strategy. This creates an environment where students can receive tutoring for all hospitality courses, engage faculty members and fellow students, receive job and career advice, and work on group activities. Through OpenClassroom students will feel connected and supported by participating in special events and activities, as well as become prepared for a great career with a completed degree in hand.
