BUSINESS EXPERT, AUTHOR PRESENTS AT EXECUTIVE LECTURE SERIES

Author and businessman Jerry L. Mills will be featured at the Woodbury School of Business Reed and Christine Halladay Executive Lecture Series. The lecture will take place on Thursday, Sept. 27 at noon in the Ragan Theater on the Utah Valley University campus.

Mills founded B2B CFO in 1987 and is credited as the pioneer of the “1099 CFO” concept. He is also the author of two books, “The Danger Zone, Lost in the Growth Transition” and “Avoiding The Danger Zone, Business Illusions.” Mills’ success has earned him a place as one of the “Top 100 Small Business Influencers” in North America according to Small Business Trends and Small Business Technology. He is a regular on Fox Business News television, Morningstar, and Wells Fargo webcasts.

"Jerry’s focus on honest business practices has set him apart in the industry," said Eugene Seeley, associate dean of the Woodbury School of Business. “He’s teaching the business world how to create a clear vision for the future, and his presentation will expose our students and community to a unique business perspective."

The Woodbury School sponsors the weekly Reed and Christine Halladay Executive Lecture Series as a way to bridge the gap between the world of business and management education. The public is invited to attend all lectures.
