Review of Web Vision that can be found at http://www.uvu.edu/web/about/vision/index.html
Blumer noted that we may want to incorporate some commentary that states items are not to be taken in isolation, but instead work together. So for example on the line "use information technology to its fullest potential" add something akin to "as long as it does not affect other aspects of our overall vision and mission".

Color Palette (Motion: Anne; Second Jason: In favor: all; Opposed: 0; Obstain: 0)
- Cannot change the background color
- One line only
- Can be left justified or center justified
- Reviewed the color pallette hex codes that we have now in the Logo Style Guide at http://www.uvu.edu/marketing/UVU_LogoStyleguide_FNL.pdf based on data on http://resource.uvsc.edu/color/
- Jason Kennedy to re-assess the hex codes and update as necessary to make the best match possible.
- Color palette to be incorporated into the Web Style Guide at http://www.uvu.edu/wrs/webstyleguide/index.html once modifications complete (as well as communicated to designers and web folks from communication channels such as 'announcements' in UVlink).

Ok, we are far enough into the UVU Web rollout that I can come up for air and start up the Web Marketing Subcommittee again. That said, what if we met the first Tuesday of every month (starting 10/7) at 10:00 a.m.? We can meet in AB 111 (Advancement not Admin building). Would that work?
