Why is your Professional Homepage valuable to you?

There are 8 answers to this question.

  • For students to get information
  • Um, if I could have one, I would. Adjuncts don't seem to get luxuries like this.
  • So that students, and people external to UVSC can find me and easily learn a little bit about me, and how to contact me.
  • I don't know what it is, but I would like to...
  • Mine isn't as valuable as everyone else's! I get to know people better by reading theirs.
  • So students can learn more about my credentials, as well as when I'm available and for professional career progression.
  • It gives me a place to keep an up-to-date version of my CV, and gives yet another place where my students can access my course and contact information.
  • Other peoples profpages are important so I can look up peoples names and find out who they are, where they work, or what they look like.

What would you improve about the Professional Homepages?

There are 5 answers to this question.

  • I haven't looked at mine for awhile. Hopefully they're easy to update.
  • Let adjuncts have them.
  • Help us know where it is and how we can maintain it.
  • How can we make sure everyone devlops their professional page?
  • Get it in a current look -- not the look of many years ago.
