USHE Reporting of Space Utilization

UVU Provides space utilization data to USHE for general classrooms and teaching laboratories. USHE policy R751 governs institutional facilities space utilization. You can find the system-wide report for 2018-19 here.

Space and Event Scheduling at UVU

UVU uses CollegeNet’s 25Live for Academic Space and Event Scheduling. More information can be found on our campus events website.

Institutional Data and Analytics

You can find analytics related to space utilization and scheduling in the my.UVU portal on the Employee menu, under “Data, Reports, & Analytics”. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, give us a call, or enter a report request through our UVU Service Center.
