Warning Workshop

When your semester GPA is below a 2.0 and your cumulative GPA is above a 2.0, you will need to complete the Academic Warning online workshop. If you have been on Academic Warning before you will need to meet with your major advisor to remove your hold.

When your cumulative (total) GPA is below a 2.0 you are on Academic Probation.

To remove your hold, you need to complete the probation workbook and meet with your major advisor.


**DUE to the COVID-19 response most advisors are meeting with students remotely. We strongly recommend emailing your major advisor to find the best way for them to review your standing and clear you holds**

If you are completing the workshop digitally and emailing to your advisor ***PLEASE NOTE: This is a fillable PDF file. For best results, save a copy of the form to your desktop. Then fill out the form and save. You can then email the saved form as an attachment.



 

Complete the Probation Workbook (pdf) and take a copy with you to meet with your major advisor.

 

 

Continued Probation Workshop

When your cumulative (total) GPA is below a 2.0 for a 2nd consecutive semester you are on Continued Probation.

To remove your hold, you need to complete the continued probation workbook and meet with an Academic Standards Counselor in our NEW location LC 404.

 

**DUE TO THE COVID-19 response, academic standards counselors are meeting with students remotely, via phone or video conferencing. Please use our individual online calendars to schedule an appointment.**

Print the Continued Probation Workbook (pdf) and bring it with you to your appointment.
