RESIDENT TUITION WILL NOT CONTINUE TO BE AWARDED AFTER SUMMER FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR AND GRANTED RESIDENCY.
Any student who holds a valid non-immigrant visa who meets all the following requirements shall be exempt from paying the nonresident portion of the total tuition at Utah Valley University. Student information provided in this affidavit is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
To qualify for the HB 118 tuition waiver a student must:
Once you are admitted as a student to the University, complete the HB 118 Affidavit for Non-Resident Tuition Exemption form online. Click apply now, select HB 118 Tuition Waiver, input requested information, and submit form.
Make sure you also submit your official high school transcript with a graduation date listed.
Please note: If you have attended multiple institutions in the State of Utah, you must fill out an HB 118 affidavit at each institution you attend.
