The CAI internship/externship component is a vital part of the culinary program. It is one of the final pieces required for graduation. It is an eight (8) credit hour component, the largest credit class in our curriculum. It is designed to provide a platform for the student to develop and hone the skills and techniques acquired throughout the culinary program in a real world situation.
