Registration Services

The most important element to a conference is the attendees. Making sure that they are registered and that it is an easy process for them is extremely important. We make sure that each attendee’s registration needs and questions have been addressed.

We provide the following registration services:

  • Construct a web registration page
  • Provide link for conference web page
  • Collect individual web registrations and payments
  • Handle individual cancellation requests
  • Send email confirmations and payment receipts
  • Respond to participants regarding registration questions
  • Respond to participants general conference questions
  • Maintain database of conference information
  • Provide weekly database reports
  • Send email reminders one week prior to the conference
  • Provide CEUs registration

Conferences with Minors

If at any point attendees under the age of 18 (minors) will be attending a conference on campus, there are specific tasks that need to be done. We work hand-in-hand with University Compliance to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. We are committed to the safety and well-being of minors who are involved in our conferences and events. We provide these services:

  • Format, distribute and collect waivers
  • Register event with University Compliance
