Is Adobe Stock included in my license?

No, Adobe Stock is a separate service that is not included in UVU's enterprise agreement or “ETLA”. At this time, there are no plans to add this service for individual UVU accounts. An alternative is to purchase Adobe Stock photos on an individual or shared Adobe account that is not part of UVU's ETLA; please note that these can not be transferred to any UVU accounts under Adobe's licensing terms.

Is Adobe Sign included in my license?

Adobe Sign is available to all faculty and staff as UVU's official e-signature and document platform. For more information, please visit the UVU eDocs page.

I have a personal CC subscription. Is it possible to terminate my contract without penalty?

Yes. Since UVU has an enterprise agreement with Adobe, individual Creative Cloud subscribers can terminate their contracts and not be charged a termination fee. Contact Adobe Support and be certain to inform the support agent that you are a student or employee at Utah Valley University, and you are provided Adobe Creative Cloud by the university. Note that you will not be able to get any type of pro-rated refund.

How many computers can I install Adobe CC apps on?

You can install Creative Cloud applications on multiple computers, regardless of operating system. You can activate Creative Cloud on up to two computers. You can use the software on one computer at a time.  For more information, see the Adobe support page on device activation.

What happens to my account when I leave the university?

First, make sure to back up all of your Adobe CC data files locally before you leave as you may lose access to any files that are saved in the Adobe cloud. Employee accounts will be deleted upon termination or will revert to a student account and require re-subscribing. Student accounts will be deactivated upon graduation or upon taking a leave of absence or upon dropping all classes for a semester. Student accounts will then be deleted after 3 semesters of inactivity assuming that the student does not re-enroll in classes.

Who do I contact for support?

Contact the UVU Service Desk by calling 801-863-8888 or by visiting their website.
