As an accomplished percussionist, Bill Bridges spent his early years playing in jazz clubs and other performance venues in San Francisco prior to moving to studio work for selected network programming, commercials, and Capital Records in Los Angeles.
After a transition from the music business to financial services, Bill gained a solid reputation in his field, serving over 24 years as a successful bank executive. With that success and a move to Utah, he was appointed president and executive director of the North American Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point, where he directed the creation of one of the world’s largest dinosaur museums. Bill completed his B.I.S. and M.P.A at Brigham Young University.
Bill joined Utah Valley University in January 2003 as assistant dean of the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences and then moved to Institutional Advancement in 2008.
