This page pulls back the curtain on the strategies that Dx employs in approaching the digital transformation of the university. You can see that UVU's Mission 2030 is the basis for everything we do and the objectives we employ in our work.

To align our efforts with Vision 2030, we created a strategy map with assistance from PM2 Consulting. This diagram shows our strategy on a single page.
At the top center is an abbreviated version of UVU's mission. Stacked down the map's left side are four perspectives through which we view our strategies: stakeholders (e.g., customers), internal processes, enablers, and financial.
Within each perspective, we place a small number of strategic objectives. Arrows indicate how one or more strategic objectives help accomplish others. Each strategic objective is given a weight (percentage) indicating the amount of effort and resources we want to commit to them at present. While most aspects of the strategy map remain unchanged for long periods, the weights assigned to each objective are regularly reviewed and adjusted to meet changing needs.
