Every changing season brings special occasions that deserve special attention, and so do you! Whether you're looking for treats during the holiday season, or planning for a class reunion, we strive to offer creative solutions for all your catering needs. Our team will help create your vision through complete planning and flawless execution. Every detail of your important occasion and event will be meticulously tended to. From venue to menu, UVU Catering will help bring your vision to the table.

UVU Policy - 5.2.2 For all scheduled events in university facilities (with the exception of the events center, baseball facility, and Capitol Reef Field Station) any and all food must be scheduled through UVU Dining Services. On-campus groups may provide their own food with written approval from UVU Dining Services. UVU Dining Services has first right of refusal for providing food and beverage service for all events scheduled on UVU campuses (excluding Building L, Wasatch Campus, and the events center); if UVU Dining Services cannot accommodate the request, UVU Culinary Arts may be considered.

Schedule a Room

Start by contacting our Student Center Office, SC105 for room availability. A Request for Use Form must be completed in the Student Center Office before reserving a room. Scheduling of any conference rooms, The Grand Ballroom, or Centre Stage in the Sorensen Student Center is handled through the Student Center Office at 801-863-8612.

Other campus facilities can be scheduled through the Campus Scheduling Office at 801-863-8883. (Your reservation is not confirmed until  you receive a confirmation slip.)

All UVU facilities are smoke-free buildings. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Catering services are available anywhere on UVU's main campus.
Rooms outside of the Student Center are subject to an additional delivery fee.

Select a Menu

Our menu is listed online with a wide selection to match your event. Contact our catering services department to discus any questions you might have concerning menu options. Menu choices are available for gluten free, nut free, vegetarian and vegan meals. It is your responsibility to know the dietary needs of your guests before the date of your event. If regular choices on our menu do not reflect the needs of your guests, please give us adequate advanced notice and we will prepare other menu options for you to consider. Special meals cannot be prepared at the time of the event.

Place Your Order

Before the designated contact person for your group calls us to place your order here is a list of the things we will ask you:

  • Name of Event
  • Contact Person
  • Billing Info
  • Date of Event
  • Scheduled Room
  • Serving Time
  • Estimated Guest Count
  • Menu (Including if you have guests with special dietary needs)
  • Event themes or other important event instructions
  • Number of tables reserved

You can place an order with UVU's Catering Services by Phone or email.
We recommend placing your Catering Order at least 10-14 days before your event. Our Catering Staff will contact you 1 week before your event to confirm services.
Any last minute changes should be made at this time.


Off-Campus groups are required to make a down payment for their event with a final billing sent after the event. Late fees may be added to any event ordered within 72 hours of the time of service. See your contract or our policies page for more information. On-Campus departments or clubs will be billed after their event to the Index Code provided.
