For centuries, Berlin has been a crossroads of cultures and peoples from all over Europe and the world. Today Berlin is a vibrant cosmopolitan and multicultural city that offers something for everyone . From the Cold War, to the first and second world wars, to the Kaiserzeit and Napoleon and before, students will find layer after layer of history. In our activities and weekly field trips, we will explore museums and architecture, visit concentration camps and attend concerts.
Germany is a microcosm of the very best of European culture and science, as well as the darkest moments of human history. Students will learn language and discover foods and music and people that will change them for the rest of their lives.
