"Christian Anthropology and Physicalism"

This panel will address issues related to "nonreductive physicalism" as advocated by Nancey Murphy in her 2007 book, Did My Neurons Make Me Do It?  (Oxford University Press), in Bodies and Souls, or Spirited Bodies? (Cambridge University Press, 2006), and in subsequent work. Dr. Murphy will engage with respondents from a variety of perspectives, both critical and sympathetic.
