What Students Learn

The Residential Building Inspector program encompasses an entire compilation of required coursework: Residential Mechanical Inspector, Residential Plumbing Inspector, and Residential Electrical Inspector (Parts I and II). Upon successful completion of these courses, students are prepared to take the ICC Residential Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Inspector exams.
