Because of federal mandates, each school year has different requirements that must be satisfied. Please select the correct school year and form from the lists below. Forms completed for an incorrect year cannot be accepted and may delay your receipt of financial aid.

Students are informed through their UVLink account of the forms they need to complete. When turning in hard copies of any documents, be sure to write your UVID number on each page. You are encouraged to make duplicates of all documents submitted for your own personal record. Check your status frequently and submit requested forms timely to complete your financial aid file. Upload Your Financial Aid Forms and Documents Online

You can avoid long lines and submit most financial aid forms to the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office by uploading them through your UVLink account. The Financial Aid and Scholarships Office cannot process incomplete documents. Citizenship documents, official transcripts, and the "Identity and Statement of Educational Purpose" form may not be uploaded.All documents must be in PDF format.

  • Log in to UVLink
  • Click on Student Tab
  • Financial Aid folder (under Banner Services)
  • Upload Financial Aid Forms
  • Select the appropriate Aid Year
  • Choose your document by clicking the Browse button in the “Select File for Import” field
  • Submit File

Your uploaded document will be reviewed by the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office in the order it was received. Check your UVLink requirements for additional or incomplete documents.
