Academic Merit Scholarships will be selected from current high school seniors who meet the academic criteria.

The Resident Transfer Academic Merit Scholarships will be selected from students transferring
to UVU who meet the academic criteria.
Transfer Students will not be considered for Presidential or Exemplary Scholarships.
If you have less than 24 credit hours completed, you need to have your high school
transcript and ACT/SAT scores submitted by the March 1st deadline.

How to Apply
- Complete UVU Admission's Application.
- Provide the Admissions Office with an official copy of your college transcript and/or high school transcript
- Submit ACT or SAT Scores (if applicable)
Automatic Considerations
- Students who have completed the Admissions process by February 1st will automatically be considered
- If you meet the Utah Resident Transfer Academic Merit Scholarship criteria, you will automatically be considered for the scholarship

- Need-Based scholarships require the completion of a FAFSA.
- Academic scholarships are scored based on your GPA and credit hours completed at UVU.
- 3.0 GPA Minimum is Required
- Cannot have a previous Bachelor's degree
