Program Details
Explore the regions of Milano, Bologna, Tuscany, and Roma, tasting some of the best cuisine the world has to offer. A northern Italy culinary excursion provides a cuisine that combines the richness of the Italian tradition with influences from nearby France, Switzerland, Croatia, and the Mediterranean Sea. An Italian cooking experience means fine wines, excellent cheeses, truffles, hazelnuts, and succulent meats. Known primarily for its gastronomic delights, Italy also boasts stunning medieval castles, views of the snow-covered Alps, and the genteel hospitality of the locals, who will welcome you into their homes and hearts and teach you to love this truly remarkable land.
