Job Description: The AromaTouch Program Assistant is responsible for general administrative, social media and design duties supporting the AromaTouch Program Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize, manage and maintain support functions for the AromaTouch Technique Program
  • Create design solutions for online needs
  • Collaborate with the social media team to plan calendar and content
  • Respond to posts day-to-day on Instagram and Facebook accounts
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Ensure that all social media design and imagery work is accurate, on time, and of high quality
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling AromaTouch events on website and social media sites
  • Oversee certificate printings for AromaTouch Technique certification
  • Proactively seek ways to improve reports and marketing schemes
  • Attend and assist with doTERRA public relations events, service opportunities, and employee trainings
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or public relations preferred
  • Portfolio of graphic design/creative work required
  • Social media experience in a business setting required
  • Product photography experience preferred
  • Expert working knowledge of all standard design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience developing social media content with a demonstrated knowledge of social media channels, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Able to work toward and meet specified deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational skills and creativity
