Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the IT Project Management Office will be operating partially remotely at this time. We are offering support during regular business hours. We can be reached through Teams and email.

Project Portfolio Management
We provide systems for project intake, governance, reporting, and closeout for the IT project portfolio.
Project and Process Training
Provide training, development, systems, and templates to assist teams with their improvement projects.
Enterprise Project Management
Provide cross-functional process and project management across the organization to deliver better value to our students, faculty, and staff.
Business Process Analysis
Analyze processes to enable teams across the University to improve business workflows and data-driven decision-making.
Student Project Coordination
Provide Students with project mentoring, guidance, and coordination to help them succeed with their UVU IT related projects.
Continuous Process Improvement
Create and support a culture of continuous improvement throughout IT and the University.
