What is myUVU?

  • myUVU is the college portal and provides single sign-on access to many systems.

Why should you use myUVU?

  • Many services and tools are found in myUVU including:
    • Class lists & roles
    • Grade Submission
    • Time off and leave entry
    • Testing Services for faculty
    • Online training, etc

myUVU Announcements & Campus Calendar

  • UVU announcements and campus events can be found on the home page of myUVU.

myUVU Gmail Account

  • This Gmail account is a student's primary UVU email account. Student Employees might want to forward their myUVU Gmail to their employee Outlook account.


A UVU ID is a unique eight-digit ID number. Your UVU ID number is your username to login to UVU Login Services.

What is Banner?

  • Banner is the enterprise data system for the institution.
  • You may access rolls, email students, grading, etc.

How do I access Banner?

  • Via the Faculty tab or the Employees tab in myUVU.

How do I get a network and email account?

What is the network drive mapping?

  • S: Drive is for shared department files

How do I access the S drive from off campus?

  • Login to myUVU. Go to the Employee tab, then Services & Resources menu.
  • Drivers may require VPN to access. Contact the Service Desk at x8888 for more information.
