The purpose of UVU's Cultural Envoy Leadership Program is to create culture- based learning. This creates an awareness for students that culture and academics are critical in student success. CELP helps students to develop, understand, and refine facets of culture, identity and lived experience to help them become scholars, leaders, and stewards of a globally interdependent community.
