Finding Articles

Once I'm in ScienceDirect, I use the search techniques I showed you in Part 2. I generally start with basic searches, but I may need to try different keyword combinations since articles sometimes use different words than I do. I may also need to try more than one database to find the information I need.

The search results show me which articles the database thinks are most relevant for my topic. I can also use the options on the left side of the page to limit my search to subtopics, types of articles or date—just like I did in OneSearch.
