Ariunsanaa Baasanbyamba is a Relationship Banker who works with Altabank to assist customers with opening and closing accounts, loan payments, and wire transfers.
Ariunsanaa founded a nonprofit organization called the Illumine International Community (IIC). The IIC provides a wide range of classes including financial literacy classes for immigrants and refugees in Utah County. Ariunsanaa managed the day-to-day operations and programs, such as an International Women's Support Group, language programs, financial success classes, and International Family Networking Nights.
Ariunsanaa has a keen passion for community organizing and charity work. Ariunsanaa believes financial education is important for everyone and her MFPA degree will allow to her serve her community. She successfully fundraised for the children of over two hundred immigrant and refugee families during Christmas time from 2015 to 2018. She also formed a coalition with other Utah County community organizations to celebrate International Children's Day with children's games, free gifts, and by providing the community with resources.
Ariunsanaa has received a number of awards for her business acumen. She was awarded the Collegiate DECA Academic Honor Award and the Leadership Passport Blue Diamond Award. She also achieved third place in the Start-up Business Plan competition and fifth place in the Human Resources Management Series in state DECA competition.

Hannah is certified in Excel, Qualtrics, and Google Analytics. She also possesses knowledge, skills, and training when it comes to Shopify and WordPress based websites.

Cole Einerson is currently working as a Financial Consultant for TD Ameritrade. In this role, he consults with clients on retirement planning, educates on portfolio management, and provides a personal touch to client banking services. Cole believes financial planning and intentional investing are pillars of wise financial stewardship. He was recently recognized as a divisional leader for high performance in client advocacy. Cole holds his Series 7 & 66 licenses and is currently sitting for the CFA level I exam in December. His aspirations are to obtain both the CFA & CFP designations. Cole also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Utah University where he was voted the most outstanding senior in finance by his professors.
Jackson Frandsen is a Business Negotiations Consultant and he currently works as a Corporate Trustee. He manages relationships within a corporate trust services group. He started in the financial services industry in 2009 as a wealth management advisor. He has owned his own multi-line insurance agency, built financial plans for high net worth individuals within a group of wealth advisors, and provided focused financial advice for entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. He transitioned from personal finance to corporate finance when he spent several years as a middlemarket Business Banking Relationship Manager and a Vice President in commercial lending. He is experienced in several areas of financial and legal services. He seeks to live his personal mantra, “serve others, lift burdens, and bless lives.
Jackson has been honored with dozens of corporate awards for team contribution, production, sales, and customer service. He served as a Board Member for the Central Utah Risk Management Association (RMA) Chapter for several years. He currently serves as the local chapter leader for a diverse abilities network that supports both caregivers that assist family members with disabilities, and employed individuals with diverse abilities. The network’s focus is to educate and assist individuals with diverse abilities to reach their highest potential with employment challenges. Jackson holds multiple UVU Bachelor in Science degrees, one is in Legal Studies, another in Personal Financial Planning. Jackson is currently in the Master of Financial Planning and Analytics program.

Brianna Leiva is a certified Mathematics teacher in Alpine School District who encourages her 8th and 9th grade students to develop their Mathematics abilities.
Brianna believes that finance takes consideration to detail and is devoted to helping businesses and families obtain financial stability. One of the reasons she became a teacher was to help others develop self-efficacy and is excited to help others cultivate this confidence in their financial lives.
Brianna fell in love with mathematics due to the amazing teachers she had in ASD and at BYU. They inspired her to pursue teaching in addition to her Mathematics degree. Even though teaching math has been extremely rewarding, she realized her true passion is in analyzing data and expanding her education in Finance. Brianna believes it's never too late to chase your new goals and dreams.

David believes in the importance of communication in the finance and accounting fields as it determines how successful one can be in getting accurate information and financials in a timely manner to executives, managers, and colleagues. Also, he believes that accountability is important because it sets the expectations of one’s performance and how diligent one needs to be to complete assignments and projects on time.
David has worked at Kirton McConkie law firm as an Accounting Intern and as a Loan Specialist at Zions Bancorporation for four years until he joined Overstock.com in the fall of 2019.

Dustin Rollins is a Loan Processor who works with small businesses to obtain Paycheck Protection Program loans.
Dustin believes that financial understanding helps not only accomplish but accelerate one in accomplishing goals and achievements of life.
Dustin collaborated with a 12‐member team to help process over 8000 loans within short time periods given by the Small Business Administration. Timing was critical as many businesses depended on this loan to help maintain payroll through the difficult economic time of Covid‐19. Dustin is Microsoft Excel certified. He is also certified with Bloomberg Market Concepts and IBM Collaborative Computing Scholar. Dustin has a working understanding of Ag Lending because of Western Ag Credit’s hand on program explaining 5 C’s of risk for lenders.

Chad Simons is an aspiring Financial Advisor who is excited to begin the Masters of Financial Planning and Analytics Program at UVU.
After graduating with a BS of English in December 1999 from Utah State University, he immediately entered the workforce as a firefighter. Yes you read that correctly. A Bachelor of Science in English led him to a job in public service! He has spent the past 20 plus years working in Salt Lake County for Unified Fire Authority, moving through the ranks to the current position of Captain. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to render Advanced Life Support care as a licensed paramedic to citizens in need. He has assisted in the suppression of countless structure fires throughout Salt Lake and surrounding counties. Many summer months were spent all over the United States to help extinguish Wildland fires as well. He has enjoyed this rewarding career.
Chad is hopeful that he can transition to the world of financial planning to continue helping people in a whole new environment. His goal is to become a certified financial planner after obtained this degree.
Chad believes that providing financial advising services to the general population with a focus on giving back specifically to public service workers will be a fitting and rewarding way to transition to a new career.
Abigail Sturgeon is currently a graduate student at Utah Valley University who’s working on becoming a CFP. My name is Seattle Farner, I graduated from the UVU PFP undergraduate program in December 2019 and have been a full-time mom to my two boys while starting my journey in this graduate degree program. I hope to use this experience and education to teach financial planning at a university as well as obtain my CFP® in 2022 and put it to good use in the field. When I am not studying, I love to be outside with my boys at the beach or pool, finding new recipes to try in the kitchen, or working out. I am excited to be here in the MFPA community!
