Holiday Closures
The Museum will be closed Thursday, November 23rd - Monday, November 27th for Thanksgiving.
The Museum will be closed Friday, December 22nd - Monday, January 1st for the Winter
Holidays.
Visit the UVU Museum of Art Store for art-related gifts and treasures, from cards and journals to prints, artworks, and much more. The store is open during standard operating hours and all sales are handled virtually – we do not accept cash.
From the South: Take I-15 North, exit at 269 onto UT-265. Turn right onto Sandhill Road at the first light, then left on W 1800 S St. Continue uphill until reaching the Museum on the left side of the street.
From the North: Take I-15 South, use exit 269, merge onto UT-265 E towards Utah Valley University. Turn right onto Sandhill Road at the light, then left on W 1800 S St. Continue uphill until reaching the Museum on the left side of the street.
From the East: Depending on starting point, follow S Main St in Orem until you reach W 1800 S St. Head downhill, and the Museum will be on the right side of the street.
To reach the Museum by bus, use the Main St/1820 S (SB) or Main St/1820 S (NB) bus stop, which is about three blocks away. From the bus stop, walk north and turn left on W 1800 S St. Head down the hill, and the Museum will be on the right side of the street. Plan your ride with UTA.
The UVU Museum of Art at Lakemount is an ADA accessible building, with accessible parking spots located in the parking lot. If needed, patrons can use the front driveway as a drop-off prior to parking in the back lot.
All galleries are wheelchair and stroller accessible. There is a public elevator located immediately to the right of the main gallery hall.
A wheelchair is available for visitors to use upon request at the front desk.
There are two accessibility ramps at the Museum—one located to the right of the entrance and another on the northeast side of the building leading to the gardens and art house.
Visitors with registered service animals are welcome.
The Museum is happy to host both group tours and guided tours. If you would like a guided tour or if your group is 10 people or greater, please contact The Museum at (801) 863-4200 to schedule a time/day at least three days in advance of your intended visit.
