Note: In-person support is available M-F between 8-5, by appointment. Please contact your area technician to schedule an appointment. 

 

Desktop Support Services is staffed by a team of dedicated technicians with a broad range of technical experience and knowledge. Each department supported by Desktop Support will have at least one technician directly supporting their employees. They will get to know you, learn your work habits, and understand your computing requirements, which lends itself to an efficient service. Faculty and staff members whose departments are supported by Desktop Support can call upon their technician for a wide range of technical issues.
