 U faculty\, researchers\, principal investigators\, and staff who support 
 sponsored\n research and collaborative initiatives. Participants will expl
 ore practical strategies for building and sustaining effective interdiscip
 linary research collaborations.\n\n\n\n\nWhile interdisciplinary work brin
 gs together diverse perspectives to address complex problems\, differences
  in disciplinary norms\, methodologies\, and expectations can make collabo
 ration challenging. This workshop explores approaches to assembling strong
  research\n teams\, defining roles\, fostering effective communication and
  shared accountability\, and building collaborative cultures that support 
 competitive grant proposals and successful sponsored projects.\n\n\n\n\nPa
 rticipants will gain practical strategies for navigating interdisciplinary
  partnerships\, strengthening research team dynamics\, and creating collab
