Sherry Harward is the Creator and Director of the UVU CareerPassport Program, an award-winning, non-graded program that helps UVU student actively engage in their career development process. Sherry has been employed at UVU for over 20+ years and has held several positions including adjunct instructor, “Women in Technology” Creator/Director, Assistant CTE Director, Office Education Advisor, Multimedia Advisor, and administrative assistant for several departments. She has also owned several businesses in the entertainment industry. Sherry has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership and Communications and a Masters in Leadership. Sherry is passionate about career and personal development, entrepreneurship and the creation process, leadership, marriage and relationship topics, technology, spirituality, fashion, health, women's topics, and music. Sherry is married to her best friend (Scott Harward) and has four fabulous children (and their spouses) and 8 and three-fourths darling grandchildren, all of whom she adores and enjoys spending time with. Sherry is a strong advocate for UVU employees (and students) and is honored to serve as the PACE President for 2015-2017.
Shalece Nuttall is currently the Advisement Trainer in the Advisor Training and Development department where she contributes to the professional and educational development of advisors, advising administrators, and students. She has been at UVU since 2003 working in various positions in the Woodbury School of Business. She spent five years advising Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management, and Legal Studies students. Shalece has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Instructional Design and Educational Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Shalece has served as the Social Committee Chair 2008-10, and as the Staff Education/Development Chair 2012-14. She is currently serving as the PACE Vice President 2014-16 Outside of UVU Shalece enjoys spending time with her husband Blake and four children, camping, four-wheeling, hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
Brett McKeachnie is passionate about UVU and the opportunities it provides, not only for students, but also for employees. Brett is a proud UVU Alumnus, having earned both Associate and Bachelor’s degrees from UVSC. Since 1993, Brett has served the employees of UVU in various Information Technology roles. Over his 20 year UVU tenure, Brett has earned several institutional and PACE awards as a result of his hard work and dedication. Through participation on UVU committees and task forces like Strategic Directions and Core Values, and on the PACE board, Brett has been instrumental in ensuring employees’ issues are kept on the forefront as he has helped to shape UVU’s mission and values. As PACE Past President, Brett works hard to ensure UVU continues to be a GREAT place to work.
Brett and his wife, Carry are the proud parents of six. Their family serves actively in many roles in their community of Mona and Nephi, Utah. UVU pride runs deep in this family, and the whole family looks forward to graduating from UVU
Sandi Koller is originally from Rexburg, Idaho, but now lives in Provo. She first came to UVU in 1998 as Administrative Assistant in the Math Department. She worked in that office for seven years. She has been the Administrative Assistant to Val Peterson, Vice President for Finance and Administration, for the last eight years. Before coming to UVU, she worked at, then, Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho. She is married to LJ Koller, who also works at UVU. She has five children, six grandchildren, six step-children, and nine step-grandchildren. She loves her job; in fact she loves UVU. If you ask her, she bleeds GREEN -- Go Wolverines!
