It is designed for UVU students who work on campus to support you in building confidence in your current and future jobs.
It teaches you about some really important life/soft skills needed for adulthood
The program has 3 components including an online training, live workshops, and supervisor mentoring
Upon completion of the program, you are eligible to receive a certificate to add to your accomplishments at UVU
